(Gr)Atttitude; Day Seventeen

Today was my Stad's birthday! Mitch and I went to Idaho Falls for the 4th day in a row to visit my Step-Dad on his big day!

He is the most amazing Stad ever! He is so thoughtful and compassionate that we showered him with his favorite things! That white shirt he is so lovingly holding in the second picture? That's from the Holts! We bought him a white under armor shirt (brand name, even!) for his birthday. He really wanted one and Mitch and I decided to fork of the $55 to make his birthday amazing. He wouldn't stop holding onto the thing and looking at it lovingly until my mother set it aside.

I am grateful that I have an amazing step dad who is so nice to Mitch and I. He is wonderful to our entire family and is the best darn husband I could ever want for my spunky mother. I am grateful that they are so happy together.

After all of the birthday celebrations were over and the Red Velvet Birthday cake had filled me to the brim, Mitch and I went over to visit the Holt side of the family. It's nice to be able to switch back and forth, that is for sure.

Mitch's dog, Sage, just recently had puppies and we were able to hold them all night! They are so small and adorable! I spent the evening holding as many puppies as I could. Each one would nuzzle down and sleep on you. It was adorable to see them yawn and hear them yip as they dreamed.
