(Gr)Attitude; Day Eight

I GOT THE JOB!

I am so grateful that I literally couldn't stop jumping around for minutes at a time. My sweetheart was home from work today and basically kept me from hyperventilating while I was on the phone with the HR Department.

I start training on Monday!!! I am so grateful for this opportunity, and for the future opportunities of providing for my family, adding another job to my resume, and being able to afford school!

I am so grateful that I did not give up on myself. I had pretty much, altogether, given up on getting a job this year before this week! And to think that I was called, interviewed, and offered a job in less than 4 days is enough to make me cry!

I am so appreciative for the prayers of my family in hopes that I would find another job, and the encouragement of my husband. Now he gets to encourage me to get up and go to work rather than get up and fill out 5 more applications!

I am also grateful for my family. Mitch and I left for my parents house around 5:00 today to help out. We had the opportunity to go to their home for the weekend and help them organize their home in preparation to buy it! I am so thankful for the knowledge that my children will be able to go stay at Grandma's and Grandpa's regularly without a long drive back and forth like some families have. I am grateful that my next few Christmas' and Thanksgiving meals will be at that dinner table. I am grateful for my family in all aspects.
