(Gr)Attitude; Day Twelve

Today I had training once again. I'll be training for the next few weeks. The best part of that is the fact that I am learning all about the company before I ever have to pick up a phone! Today I learned about Enrollments, which is essentially when someone calls to sign someone else up for the company.

I love how we just dived straight into what we were going to be doing. That was a serious help because I had been hired so quickly I wasn't exactly sure what I would be doing. I literally interviewed one day and then was hired two days after that!

I am grateful that my Mentor started us off with Enrollments. I am much more confident about being able to do my job now that I have a clear expectation.

I am also grateful for the opportunity to get all dressed up for work. I was told that we were a professional company because everyone can see into the office. Wearing makeup on a regular basis is somewhat killing my pores, but who cares - I look fabulous!
