(Gr)Attitude; Day Nine
11:39:00 PM
I am grateful for ride able lawn mowers. I am grateful for green lawns in November and warm enough weather that you get to watch your little brother accidentally run through the sprinklers. I am grateful for facial masks, sisters who wear the same size clothing as I do, and warm slippers. I am grateful for Article Circle's Cookie Dough Shake.
I am thankful, overall, for an enjoyable day spent with my parents, siblings, and husband doing odd jobs and chores, but loving every minute of it.
I am also grateful for Stake Conference and the messages shared tonight. I really enjoyed hearing about every member being a missionary. My favorite talk was given by our Ward Missionary, a girl from Britain with a cockney accent, who spoke on our duties to fellowship and love potential members.
To end the night, I finished my email to my brother-in-law, Tyrell, who is currently serving his mission (1 week down, 103 to go!) and Mitch and I went over to our good friend's house and ate Ice Cream while watching Zoolander.
I am grateful for all of it. I have really loved this experience of watching out for the things I am grateful for. Not only am I happier, but the things I write are more optimistic, the people I spend my time with are funnier, and the time I spend with my husband is so much more precious.
I'm feeling so blessed that I can't even find one thing to put on my Christmas wish list other than a new set of scriptures!
