(Gr)Attitude; Day Nineteen

12:56:00 AM

Today was an interesting day to say the least! Day two of ungraded training came to an end and we are going to start getting "graded" on one call a day. We have to score at least a 90% average in order to graduate training over a skew of at least 4 tests. Let's cross our fingers!
My supervisor congratulated me for "sort of knowing what I was doing!"

... I'm hoping that is actually a compliment, but you never know...

Today my dear friend, Crystal went back into the doctors to see what could be done about her botched surgery.

She was able to schedule another surgery to get a spacer put in to help her paralyzed vocal cord!
I'm so grateful that she will be able to get her voice back! I'm also grateful that the doctor knows what he is doing this time. Her next surgery is scheduled for Wednesday the 27th, the day before Thanksgiving!

I am grateful to have a job and to be able to have great friends! I couldn't be more thankful than I am today!

Thanks for stopping by!
