(Gr)Attitude; Day Twenty

12:17:00 PM

Today I went into work with a lot of anxiety because today I start getting graded on my phone calls. I won't get fired if I get graded poorly, however it will take me twice as long to graduate from this round of training.

My supervisor is great though. He walked me through everything I needed to do in order to get a 100% and that seriously helped. I still feel like I am asking a ton of questions.
He was nice enough to let me know that 'Hold' is, in fact, my best friend and that if I ever needed to ask anything to put a customer on hold and come find him.
That was relieving.
However I was finding myself on hold for half of every phone call I took.

I guess that is learning experience though because by the end of the night I was able to answer other people's questions because I had already been there and done that with the supervisor before.

Today I am grateful for husbands that cook dinner, fuzzy comforters on cold nights, and the relief of putting on wool socks after wearing high heels all day.
I'm also grateful for the fact that I married such an awesome guy! I don't know of anyone lucky enough to have a spouse not only cook dinner but also wait until 10:00 pm to eat!

Thanks for stopping by!
