(Gr)Attitude; Day Twenty-One

11:11:00 AM

Today I received my first grading ever with Melaleuca, and guess what!!
I got TWO 100%'s!!!
My supervisor told me that I could read on the job starting tomorrow if I want, and I do want! I just don't know what to read because the book I've started is a bit inappropriate for business... It's a detective book and is essentially about a detective trying to catch a serial rapist and murderer - so more than likely not a good 'on-the-job' read.

I'm grateful that I already have friends at work. That odd bunch of 12 other people I trained with are now part of a secret club almost. Each time we see one another, we raise our scalding hot chocolates, nod at each other, and go back to what we are doing.
It's a pretty elite club, if I do say so myself.

Today I am also grateful that I have the ability to draw. I picked up my drawing tablet and pen after a long hiatus and drew something that I have been sketching over and over on paper.

So far it is coming along nicely. I'm not exactly sure what it is yet, but I'm really happy with the way the ribbons have turned out. Also the mouth is 20000x better than I expected it to be.

I am especially thankful for a creative mind, patient hands, and the determination to make something. I am, after all, happiest when I am creating something.

Thanks for stopping by!
